Parkside Running & Fitness was conceived with the idea of offering runners the best of being a Running Group or Athletics Club member but without the commitments that some clubs may require. Providing high quality, effective coaching, a supportive environment and a chance to make new friends, plus the opportunity to receive 1-2-1 tuition, training plans aimed at you as an individual, and strategies to reach personal targets.
