Like Running? Like Coffee? Like the idea of a socially responsible club? Then this is the place!
Sponsored by Harris & Hoole, Long Brew Running Club is a community based group that provides friendly, social running groups hoping to aim to increase sports participation in Colchester and establish charitable activities within the local community.

Earlier this year saw the inaugural "Rowhedge Rumble and Stumble; Colchester's answer to the Medoc Marathon and organised by members of Long Brew raising vital funds for Essex Air Ambulance. This is the first of hopefully many Long Brew events that will become established on the local running scene and offer fun and fundraising in equal measure.
We also have weekly group runs that are as much about the coffee, chat and cake afterwards as encouraging everyone to get active.

Follow Long Brew on Facebook @facebook.com/LongBrewRunningClub or email longbrewrunningclub@gmail.com to see how to get involved
